    Playful jabs have been thrown, Crocs have been crushed and water has been boiled to intimidating perfection, but the “Smack Talk” war of words – and video – between the Asphalt Chef competitors is just heating up.

    Celebrity chefs Mario Batali, Guy Fieri and Tim Love, along with Foreigner’s lead singer Kelly Hansen, have taken to YouTube with videos fueling the rivalry leading up to the Asphalt Chef grilling competition at Texas Motor Speedway on Saturday, Nov. 6, that will benefit the Speedway Children’s Charities-Texas Chapter and the Mario Batali Foundation.

    Fans will have the opportunity to determine the secret ingredient for the Asphalt Chef charity grilling competition featuring celebrity chefs Mario Batali, Guy Fieri and Tim Love scheduled for Saturday, Nov. 6, at Texas Motor Speedway.

    Fans will choose from a pre-determined ingredient from the major food groups of meat, fish and dairy with the three being Gulf shrimp, New York cheddar cheese and pork.

    The "Smoke Show," a driving school extravaganza hosted by two-time NASCAR Sprint Cup Series champion Tony Stewart, raised a one-day total of $202,000 to push the program's three-year charitable donations for SCC-Texas to $676,000. The "Smoke Show" remains the highest-grossing, single-day event for the Speedway Children's Charities-Texas Chapter.
